This policy explains what data Ventix collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service and keep your account secure.

Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and any Discord account you choose to link.

Order data: the products you purchase, license terms, and payment status. Full card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.

Technical data: your IP address, hardware identifier used to bind a license, browser and device information, and basic diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To deliver purchases, provision and bind license keys, and provide support.

To protect the service — detecting fraud, abuse, key sharing, and unauthorized access.

To send transactional messages such as receipts, delivery confirmations, and important account notices. We do not sell your data.

We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication and to keep your cart between visits.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. These do not build advertising profiles of you across other sites.

We share data only with the processors that make the service work — payment providers, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that role.

We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ventix and its users.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.

Diagnostic logs are retained for a limited window and then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the dashboard or our Discord. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We protect data in transit and at rest, hash credentials, and restrict internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
