Terms of Service.

By accessing ventix.cc, creating an account, or purchasing any Ventix product, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use anything offered here.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

License keys are bound to your hardware for your own protection. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing a key is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected product for the duration you paid for, on a single machine.

Licenses do not renew automatically. When a license expires, access ends until you purchase a new term.

We may pause a product at any time — for example during a game update — while we ship a compatible build. Paused time is not guaranteed to be credited unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to extract the source of any Ventix software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use our products to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others, and to comply with all laws that apply to you.

Using our products may violate the terms of service of third-party games. You accept that any consequences imposed by a game publisher — including account bans — are solely your responsibility.

All prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are charged in full at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetectable at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or game accounts arising from your use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these terms, with no refund where the breach warrants it.

You may stop using our products at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
